Competitive hourly rate ranging from $26.00 to $32.00, based on experience.
Shift Differentials:
Additional $3.00 for Night Shifts.

Available Shifts:
Night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing care within a designated department or during a specific shift.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Mentor and guide nursing staff to uphold standards and best practices.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor and modify patient care plans as needed.
- Facilitate communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers regarding care.
Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Alabama or Compact.
- Previous experience in a charge nurse role or similar leadership position is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and hospitality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations.
