Are you a licensed physician (MD or DO) seeking a role that promotes a balanced lifestyle while delivering exceptional primary care services? Do you value the opportunity to cultivate meaningful patient relationships, emphasize preventive care, and provide health education? Would you appreciate working within a diverse academic community on a vibrant college campus, with chances to engage in outreach and collaborate with various campus stakeholders?

Does the prospect of no on-call duties or extended hours resonate with you? Would you enjoy having a month off during the summer to spend quality time with family, travel, or pursue personal interests, in addition to vacation and holidays throughout the year?

Sonoma State University (SSU) is in search of a dedicated physician to enhance our team at the Student Health Center (SHC) as we strive to foster a culture of excellence.

If you are looking for a rewarding career with exceptional benefits, we invite you to consider this opportunity.

You will be part of a small, skilled, and collaborative medical team that prioritizes achievement, reliability, compassion, diversity, teamwork, and well-being.

Your primary focus will be providing direct care to our students, while also engaging in departmental planning, quality improvement initiatives, committee participation, and outreach activities.

Your contributions will be essential in ensuring the excellence and effectiveness of health services, significantly impacting the health and well-being of SSU students.
