Childcare Specialist

Clinical Magnet is partnering with a renowned non-profit organization to find an exceptional Childcare Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering primary care to underprivileged children in Hutto, TX.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will collaborate with the medical director and supervising physician to provide primary care services to pediatric patients. This includes delivering care in an outpatient setting, specifically in a community health center with a multicultural and multilingual patient population.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the medical director and supervising physician to deliver primary care commensurate with training to pediatric patients
* Deliver care appropriate for an out-patient, primary care community health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population

Requirements:
* Current, active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
* Strong, recent experience in Pediatrics
* Relevant Master's degree
* Current Texas valid professional license to practice in respective field
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Compensation and Benefits:
* Starting salary around $115,000, potentially higher based on years of experience
