Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Implement medically prescribed interventions and delegate tasks to other healthcare team members as needed
- Document patient care and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a completion deadline of 5 years from hire date
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
- One year of hospital nursing experience
