TJ Samson Community Hospital invites applications from Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeons interested in joining our dynamic team of specialists.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a non-trauma designated hospital, focusing on delivering exceptional patient care in a comprehensive general orthopedics setting. Our hospital is an independent, non-profit entity, offering a guaranteed base salary with lucrative productivity and performance bonuses.
Work-Life Balance: As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy up to 5 weeks of vacation time per year. We also offer an annual CME allowance to support your ongoing education and professional development.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $525,000-$750,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, you can earn lucrative productivity and performance bonuses.
