Our ideal candidate is a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to provide holistic care to our patients.

As a PCT, you will be responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. You will also educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics and build long-term relationships with them.
