About the Role

Redwood Family Care Network is an innovative leader in delivering person-centered home and community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety needs of our residents are met.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LVN to join our team at our Northern California location. This is a full-time/part-time position with various shifts available, including AM, PM, and NOC.

Job Summary

The LVN will be responsible for coordinating care services, administering medications, and supporting residents' activities of daily living. You will also be expected to maintain compliance with California regulations and ensure residents maximize their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Medication Management: Administer medications to individuals and verify proper dosing using the five rights method.
  • Care Coordination: Attend doctor appointments, address concerns, and communicate changes with attending physicians.
  • Daily Living Support: Assist residents with bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and other activities as needed.
