Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women's Health Services Nurse to join our team at Mercy. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a healing ministry through exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
  • Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
  • Graduate from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN) and maintain a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed.
  • Obtain and maintain certifications as required by the position/unit, such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, and S.Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support.
Requirements
  • Prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
