Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to work in our Outpatient Rehab Clinic. The successful candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Examine patients with impairments, functional limitations, and disability or other health-related conditions to determine a diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention.
  • Alleviate impairments and functional limitations by designing, implementing, and modifying therapeutic interventions.
  • Prevent injury, impairments, functional limitations, and disability, including the promotion and maintenance of fitness, health, and quality of life in all age populations.
  • Engage in consultation, education, and research.
  • Maintain a record on each patient including physician orders, diagnosis, treatment, progress, record of attendance, and summary, in a timely manner.
  • Submit and verify patient charges for services rendered.
  • Participate in discharge planning process.
  • Provide appropriate supervision of aides and assistants.
  • Delegate care to PTA as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Active license for the state of Colorado.
  • Current CPR Certification.
