Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at MCR Hotels. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including check-in and check-out processes, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with fellow associates, other departments, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Respond to guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, using creative reasoning and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as logging and delivering packages, mail, and messages, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain alcohol awareness certification as required by the State.
