  • Document patient progress accurately, adhering to insurance guidelines and facility policies.
  • Promote interdepartmental communication and collaborate with referring physicians to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment, prioritizing proper body mechanics and safety protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a minimum of a B.S. degree.
  • Current licensure in Connecticut as a Physical Therapist.

  • Personal computer skills, proficiency in Windows-based programs, and basic keyboarding skills.
