Job Title: RN - Dialysis

Job Summary:

The All Medical Personnel team is seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic dialysis setting. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for the care of pediatric and adult patients with kidney disease, ensuring their physical and mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor vital signs, initiate and terminate dialysis, and document patient care
  • Perform physical assessments and provide nursing care to patients
  • Analyze patient assessments, laboratory data, and consult with physicians to develop effective care plans
  • Provide dialysis therapy, including formulating dialysis plans per physician orders
  • Communicate emergencies to supervisors, medical directors, and operations directors
  • Instruct patients on pre and post-dialysis care
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of previous dialysis experience preferred
  • BSN degree or higher
  • Active BLS and state nursing license
  • Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members
