The Server is a key member of the CIEDA restaurant team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Takes food and beverage orders and serves customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Processes payments and handles customer transactions accurately and professionally.
- Cleans and resets tables to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Ensures adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Provides friendly and courteous service, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and employee relations.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment, adhering to CIEDA's high standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems.
- Leadership qualities and a high level of maturity.
- Valid state driver's license or state ID.
- Ability to cross-train for other positions as assigned by management.
