Clinical Nursing Leader for Pediatrics

As an Advanced Nurse Clinician, you will play a key leadership role in advancing clinical quality and patient safety within our pediatric department. You will interpret clinical data to improve patient outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and facilitate individualized plans of care. Your expertise in HRO (High Reliability Organization) principles will enable you to develop and implement strategies to achieve zero harm. Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert and consultant to ensure clinical quality and safety across the continuum.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Clinical Quality and Safety: Interpret clinical data to improve patient outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and facilitate individualized plans of care.
- Best People (Professional Development): Coordinate orientation, mediate education and competency of new staff, foster a learning environment through RBC principles, and provide mentorship and cultivate professional development.
**Estimated Salary:** $125,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more.
