Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Registered Nurse to join our Medical Staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a willingness to learn and grow with our team. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients, working with an interdisciplinary team to create rehabilitation plans, and delivering health education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create rehabilitation plans and provide care to patients.
  • Provide health education to patients and their families, promoting healthy behaviors and disease prevention.
  • Participate in peer review and performance improvement activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Utilize ICD-10 codes accurately and consistently.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a commitment to patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to relate and work effectively with others, demonstrating respect and flexibility in the workplace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Physical Requirements:
  • May be expected to lift up to 50 pounds or up to 150 pounds with assistance.
  • Work is of medium demand, with walking or standing most of the time while on duty.

  • May be subjected to unpleasant sights and odors, stressful situations, and hazardous or infectious agents.
