Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will provide exceptional care to patients newborn to 20 years of age, utilizing your expertise in audiology to make a meaningful impact on their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, including behavioral audiometry, auditory brainstem response, and central auditory processing testing.
  • Provide hearing aid evaluations, select and fit hearing aids and assist devices, and offer training in their use.
  • Counsel parents regarding hearing loss, communication options, and financial resources.
  • Participate in maintaining and monitoring the work environment to ensure a continual state of Joint Commission readiness.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Audiology
  • Georgia audiology license
  • American Board of Audiology or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment
