Your expertise in machine maintenance and troubleshooting will be essential in identifying and resolving issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair packaging equipment, including Ilemann sleeving machines, Gima CD/DVD packaging machines, and Scandia, Doboy, Shanklin, and Sealed Air overwrappers.
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions and adjust or replace defective parts as needed.
  • Work with vendors to procure replacement parts and assist in troubleshooting.
  • Maintain system logs and manuals to document testing and operation of equipment.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Prior experience repairing packaging equipment is required.
  • Knowledge of machine maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Experience with Ilemann sleeving machines, Gima CD/DVD packaging machines, Scandia, Doboy, Shanklin, and Sealed Air overwrappers is a plus.
