Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Wellness Nurse to join our team at Brookdale Grayson View. As a Wellness Nurse, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and assessing residents' health and wellbeing
  • Administering treatment plans prescribed by a physician
  • Coordinating with providers and pharmacies to ensure continuity of care
  • Notifying the resident care coordinator or executive director of any issues

Requirements include a LPN or LVN license, as required by state regulations. We're an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace. Salary range: $28.47/hour.
