- Lead clinical teams and assume relief charge duties as designated
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in educational programs and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families
- Current RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer certification
- PALS certification within 6 months of hire
- Basic Arrhythmia Certification within 1 year of hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification within 6 months of hire
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 6 months of hire
This role requires heavy work, exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects or people.
