As a Technical Architect specializing in Salesforce, you will take charge of engineering, designing, and delivering top-tier solutions for our clients. Your role will involve producing enterprise-standard implementations that showcase the platform's full potential while leading delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will be tasked with providing customized solutions that encompass intricate UX/UI, real-time and batch integrations, robust security measures, and bespoke automation.

• Convert business needs into well-structured solutions that optimally utilize the platform.
• Engage with Business, Program, Project, Development, Operations, and Service Integration teams to deliver comprehensive technical solutions.
• Design and implement scalable, compatible, and high-performance solutions, with experience in creating Salesforce AppExchange products.
• Facilitate technical design discussions and architect/document solutions that align with client business goals.
• Delegate development tasks to team members and guide developers in solution creation.
• Generate high-level estimates by assessing cases and crafting solutions.
• Conduct code evaluations for ongoing projects to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Demonstrated experience in Information Technology.
• A minimum of eight years of professional experience in Salesforce application development/architecture, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, web services, data migration, SFDC Development & Customization, Salesforce DevOps, SFDC Sales Cloud, SFDC Lightning, and SFDC Configuration.
• Experience as a Technical Lead or Technical Architect on at least two end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Prior knowledge of Java, .Net, JavaScript, HTML, JSON, and AngularJS is essential for success in this Salesforce Architect position.
• Certification in PD2 is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in developing applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience in building web service-enabled applications (SOAP and RESTful).
