About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Carlisle Manufacturing and Distribution Center. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide critical administrative and clerical support to our departments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices accurately and timely, manage purchasing, and reconcile purchasing card transactions.
  • Perform corporate reporting, company agreement functions, and coordinate travel requirements.
  • Coordinate customer and vendor visits, manage I-lobby visitor monitoring, and provide support to Human Resources as needed.
  • Manage office supplies, PO maintenance, and ensure efficient filing and package shipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

This role is located in a primarily office environment, with occasional exposure to a manufacturing environment. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds and wear personal protective equipment may be required.
