Join Our Team as a Pharmacist in Charge

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead our pharmacy team in Hollister, CA. As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, managing staffing needs, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the pharmacy team to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage staffing needs and train your team to drive business growth.
  • Provide critical services such as immunizations, injections, and testing through our Pharmacy Care program.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction with personalized care, clear communication, and support for therapy plans.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to innovate and grow prescription volumes.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Pharmacy (B.S. or PharmD) and an active California pharmacist license.
  • Strong knowledge of OTC drugs, third-party plans, and pharmacy operations.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire your team, plus the drive to ensure excellent customer care and pharmacy success.
