About the Role
As a Manager, Clinic/Center Administration with CenterWell Primary Care, you will be responsible for planning and directing the work of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. You will work within specific guidelines and procedures, applying advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead implementation for staffing plans, policies and procedures for the facility
- Collaborate closely with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Make decisions related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving your departmental area
- Conduct briefings and area meetings; maintain frequent contact with other managers across the department

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 or more years of technical experience
- 2 or more years of management experience
- Direct leadership experience and demonstrated ability to lead, coach and mentor teams
- Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively both internally and externally with a wide range of people including physicians, office staff, hospital executives, medical groups, IPA's, community organizations and other health plan staff

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Population Health Strategy
- Medicare knowledge
- Managed care experience
- Value Based Care knowledge
- Proven ability to function effectively in matrix management environment and as a member of an interdisciplinary team
