Mechanic Technician Position

Rallye Motor Company is committed to attracting and retaining a talented workforce that supports our culture of customer service and automotive excellence. We are currently seeking experienced Mercedes-Benz technicians to join our team.

**Estimated Salary:** $35-$55 per hour + commission

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and recommend necessary repairs
  • Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts
  • Document all work performed clearly and accurately
  • Road test vehicles as required

**Requirements:**

  • A clean and valid New York State Driver's License
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Professional appearance and ability to work well with others
  • NYS inspectors license required
  • At least 3 years MB experience preferred
  • Proficient in Netstar, Xentry & WIS
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment
