Job Summary:
Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Electrophysiology team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting.
Responsibilities:
- Triage phone calls and respond to clinical-related communications
- Update medication reconciliation lists and support management of prescription refills
- Conduct insurance prior authorization of diagnostic testing and procedures
- Track, collect, and review outpatient test results
- Assist with clinical instruction for patients and support administrative operations
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and function as a resource to other team members
- Exceptional organizational skills and flexibility to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of computer applications necessary for an ambulatory setting
- Comfort in a practice environment that promotes patient-centered care
- RN licensure and EP/Cardiology experience required
