We are seeking a skilled Linguistic Quality Assurance expert to join our dynamic team in Cupertino, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in QA or Linguistic Testing, along with fluency in English (written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance on multilingual content.
  • Native language proficiency in Chinese (Taiwan), Chinese (Hong Kong), or Chinese (China).
  • Fluency in English for communication and collaboration.
  • Reviewing, verifying, editing, scoring, translating, and reporting on copy across various media and content types.
  • Familiarity with Mac OS/iOS and tech-savviness for quality assurance.
  • Tech support and troubleshooting for platforms and testing environments.
  • Bug reporting and problem-solving for effective issue resolution.
  • Feedback on Style Guides and Terminology Databases for project requirements.
  • Assistance with ad-hoc projects and innovative ideas for process optimization.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in QA or Linguistic Testing.
  • Native language proficiency in Chinese (Taiwan), Chinese (Hong Kong), or Chinese (China).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
