Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our contracted effort. As the primary interface with Government program authorities, you will oversee the execution of contract requirements and manage the acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.
- Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
- Oversee contractor execution of the contract requirements.
- Manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
- DoD Secret Clearance, required.
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTIONS: Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of additional work experience or Associate's degree with four (4) years of additional work experience or High School Diploma / GED with six (6) years of additional work experience.
- Ten (10) or more years of experience performing duties described in the description.
- Over 2 years' experience with Group 3 or larger Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS).
