Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to patients of all ages
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy
  • Successful completion of clinical training
  • Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy within 6 months
  • Registered through the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Occupational Therapist or Temporary Occupational Therapist permit required with Occupational Therapist license obtained within 90 Days
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
