Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic and behavioral support to students in a K-12 setting
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to support student success
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a paraprofessional or special education role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
