Job Overview

Red Oak Behavioral Health is a private practice that provides outpatient therapy services to emotionally disturbed adults, children, and adolescents. We are seeking a highly skilled Counseling Therapist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time or part-time position that follows a private practice model. The successful candidate will work with our clients in individual and group settings, providing psychotherapeutic treatment, rehabilitation, and care coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and be able to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement treatment plans for clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and goal-setting.
  • Client Services: Provide psychotherapy services to clients in individual and group settings, using evidence-based practices.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
  • Licensure: LSW, LPC, or MFT licensure status.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working with emotionally disturbed adults, children, and adolescents.
  • Skills: Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - 90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
