Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions to monitor progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in clients of various ages and backgrounds.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Therapy Sessions: Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, monitoring progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support client needs and ensure effective communication.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification: Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience working with diverse populations.
