Job Title: Women's Health Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Women's Health Division at Baystate Health.

About the Role:

As a Women's Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working independently to assess, develop, and implement plans of care. You will also provide quality triage and patient care utilizing strong assessment skills, point of care testing, and quality assurance checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement plans of care with patient/family and team/provider input
  • Provide independent quality triage and patient care
  • Perform daily scheduled patient nurse visits, OBIs, new patient chart navigation, and daily post-op calls
  • Monitor and work all clinical and prescription pools
  • May assist in visits and procedures for patients seeking abortion services or services for pregnancy loss
Requirements:
  • Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR certified
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • Experience in a women's health strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated interest to work with patients from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
