At Employbridge, we are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Floor Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and organization of our retail store floor and stockroom.

Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location. As a Retail Sales Floor Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and have an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, paying attention to detail and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Process sales transactions using a point-of-sale system, providing accurate and efficient service to customers.
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products, answering questions, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
  • Stock or restock product on the sales floor or in the stockroom, ensuring that merchandise is visually appealing and easily accessible.
  • Assist with inventory counts and audits of product on the sales floor or in the stockroom, accurately tracking and reporting discrepancies.
  • Make product recommendations based on observations and conversations with customers, helping them find items that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills, including counting change and operating a cash register.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, with frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
