Finish Sprayer Instructor

Effectively oversee the finishing section while assisting the supervisor, focusing on ensuring that the application of stains, toners, and sealers meets or surpasses quality standards, all while adhering to established protocols.

• Conduct regular audits of sprayers (at least three audits weekly for full-time sprayers).
• Certify sprayer operators.
• Present and explain training videos.
• Maintain and update the ASDOT database on a daily basis.
• Calculate and assess the scores and averages of sprayer operators for certification purposes.
• Provide training to sprayer operators on the SOS process.
• Revise the SOS as necessary.
• Instruct sprayer operators on the maintenance of spray booths.
• Engage in spraying activities within booths.
• Ensure that sprayers receive appropriate training.
• Coach and guide sprayer operators to guarantee the correct application of ASDOT techniques.
• Assist in various areas to support operators.
• Verify that all operators are executing tasks in accordance with documented procedures.
• Conduct all daily and weekly LPAs, 6S audits, and other assigned audits.
• Work independently on various tasks.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
• Perform daily audits of spray booths.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
• Carry out additional duties as required.
