    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records
    • Prepare and inspect patient charts
  • Participate in Quality Improvement
    • Attend meetings and participate in committees as requested
    • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Certified LVN License in the state of employment or compact
  • BLS Certification
