Job Overview

Paradiso Mexican Restaurant - Bismarck is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, answering questions and making recommendations as needed
  • Manage tables and ensure a clean and organized dining area
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve excellent service quality
Requirements and Skills
  • Previous experience as a Server or in a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
