Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Gastroenterology Physician to join our team at Emory Decatur Hospital. As a Hospitalist Gastroenterologist, you will be responsible for inpatient consults and rounding, as well as performing general GI procedures, including EGD, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, PEG placement, push enteroscopy, and qualified to read video capsule endoscopy.
Responsibilities
- Inpatient Consults and Rounding
- Endoscopic Procedures
- Supervision of IP APP
- Care Coordination with OP Gastroenterology Team and other IP Services
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME Gastroenterology fellowship
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
- Licensure by the Georgia Composite Medical Board will be required prior to commencement of employment
