Vehicle Maintenance Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Maintenance Expert to join our team at Avis Budget Group. This individual will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated hourly rate for this position is $28.50, with potential bonuses up to $1,000 per year. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, paid time off, and a flexible spending account for public transportation or parking expenses.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Diagnose and repair complex problems with vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, and brake systems.
- Provide clear explanations of repairs and recommendations to customers.
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
- At least 2 years of experience in auto repair or a related field.
- ASE certification (ability to acquire 2 additional ASE certifications within first year).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
