Global Workfront Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Workfront Architect to join our team at Dentsu America. As a key member of our Architecture & Solutions Capability, you will work closely with our Project Manager office to design and implement tailored solutions based on client requirements.

Your expertise in Workfront administration, object relationships, and third-party software integrations will be crucial in promoting the design and configuration of our Global Workfront instance, ensuring seamless functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discussions and produce documentation for Workfront configurations and integrations that enhance end-to-end integrations.
• Provide Workfront solutions aligning with the Business Operations strategy & Roadmaps.
• Seek opportunities to increase business operations teams' satisfaction and improve business and operational efficiency via Workfront technology solutions.
• Ensure appropriate close out and BAU transition of all projects.
• Identify project risks to the Enterprise Architect Director and PM's.

Requirements:

• Experience with Workfront administration, object relationships, and third-party software integrations.
• Strong understanding of Lead to Cash business processes and critical success factors.
• Ability to work in a remote-friendly environment with occasional travel.
