Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wound Care Nurse to join our team. As a Wound Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in the recovery process for patients with chronic, critically ill, and medically complex conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized wound care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and standards of care.
- Provide direct patient care, including wound assessment, dressing changes, and education on wound management and self-care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program leading to licensure as an LPN/LVN or RN.
- Current state RN or LPN license.
- BLS certification.
- Three (3) years nursing experience with experience as an acute care nurse.
