Rôle et Responsabilités

En tant que Rédacteur de Propositions Spécialisé en Projets Clé en Main, vous serez responsable de l'élaboration de propositions convaincantes intégrant les phases de conception, d'approvisionnement, de construction et de mise en service. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs, les chefs de projet et les équipes transversales pour recueillir des informations essentielles et rédiger des récits persuasifs mettant en valeur les capacités de notre entreprise.

Compétences et Exigences

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat en gestion de la construction, ingénierie, administration des affaires, communications ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en rédaction de propositions dans les secteurs de la construction ou de l'ingénierie, en se concentrant spécifiquement sur les projets clé en main.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus de conception-approvisionnement-construction-mise en service et de la terminologie associée.
  • Capacité bilingue à parler à la fois anglais et français.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale ; capacité à adapter les messages pour différents publics.
  • Attention aux détails et solides compétences organisationnelles pour gérer plusieurs propositions simultanément.
  • Maitrise des logiciels de proposition et de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration dans un environnement orienté vers le travail d'équipe et de manière autonome sous des délais serrés.

  • Exposé à un environnement de bureau normal, ce poste peut impliquer de rester assis pendant de longues périodes, d'utiliser des téléphones, des ordinateurs, des imprimantes et du matériel de bureau général.
