Job Summary

As a Clinic Charge Registered Nurse, you will utilize your expertise and nursing model to streamline patient care, extending your involvement to support our mission and goals. Your nursing processes will help assess patients and address health concerns, creating and monitoring care plans to track patient progress. You will understand patient needs and help them navigate healthcare smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments, focusing on patient and family needs, and create, execute, and assess care plans.
  • Systematically examine and improve nursing practices, participating in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Create a secure and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff.
  • Incorporate patient and family differences into planned care, respecting diversity.
  • Advocate for patients, creating tailored plans that reflect their values and goals.
  • Encourage learning among patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community members to execute comprehensive care plans.
  • Utilize resources effectively in patient care planning and delivery, demonstrating organizational skills.
  • Uphold professionalism by improving nursing practice and the work environment, participating in shared governance and decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with standard nursing practices and patient care procedures.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations, as well as hospital policies and protocols.
  • Exceptional communication skills for clear expression of thoughts, both in speech and writing.
  • Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to monitor and report on changes in patients' medical conditions.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, electronic health records, and email use.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support certification or obtain it within 30 days of hire or transfer.
