The High Intensity Care Unit (HICU) is a 20-bed unit that provides care to patients with complex medical conditions, including respiratory assistance, acute brain injury, and rehabilitation. Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse in our ICU Step Down team, you will be responsible for providing safe, age-appropriate patient care and functioning as an advisor, resource, and leader for other members of the patient care team. You will consistently meet the requirements and expectations for RN II on the clinical ladder.

Requirements:
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
- 2+ years of experience in the area of clinical expertise
- Maryland Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
