About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Agape Care Group. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and create personalized care plans to meet their unique needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their loved ones
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure timely and effective care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a Registered Nurse
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting, with hospice experience preferred
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 pounds
