Financial Clerk

Scozzari Builders, Inc is seeking a skilled Accounting / Bookkeeping professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Your expertise in financial data entry, payroll processing, and record-keeping will be essential in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
• Perform financial data entry and record-keeping tasks
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably in a construction or general contracting industry
• Strong knowledge of financial software and systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
