Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Stater Bros. as a Facilities Maintenance Worker. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the general cleanliness of the store, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors.
  • Clean restrooms, walls, windows, and fixtures to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Change light bulbs and maintain supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient facilities area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the facilities team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
