Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab Specialist to join our team at CrossMed - Cath Lab.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and possess excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
  • The Travel Nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable with frequent interactions with patients and staff.
  • The Travel Nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring patients' responses to interventions, reporting outcomes, and maintaining accurate records.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
  • Graduate from an accredited school
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities - remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment lbs), pushing, bending and pulling
  • Communication with other health team members
  • Provides and coordinates patient care
  • Transports patients as needed
  • Monitor and evaluates patients before, during and post procedure depending on unit
  • Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes
  • Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Performs other duties as assigned
