Floor Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team at The Chimes Inc. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities.

• Clean and maintain all floor surfaces, including sweeping, dust mopping, and damp mopping.
• Operate various floor care equipment, such as wet vacs, vacuums, and scrubbers.
• Mix and measure chemicals for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks on equipment before and after use.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures when using equipment.
• Strip, seal, wax, burnish, and buff floors as needed.
• Clean carpets and other floor coverings as required.
• Assist with inventory and perform general custodial duties as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Floor Technician training desired.
• Knowledge of floor finishes, applications, and removals.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment.
• Six months of Floor Technician experience preferred.
• Six months of Custodial experience.
