About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Woven Care. As a key member of our pediatric therapy team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical services to children and families.

Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Case Management: Work closely with families, physicians, schools, and other educational institutions to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery of evidence-based services.
  • Patient Care and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide individualized treatment plans to address a range of communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Evidence-Based Practice: Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and incorporate principles of cultural competence and family-centered care into all clinical services.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)-Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Licensure: State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily, with frequent bending and occasional lifting, pushing, and reaching.
