Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Nurse's Aide Registration
  • Experience working with seniors, with a passion for providing exceptional care and support
  • Ability to perform tasks that may be physically demanding, such as pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
